Dr. Eric C.K. Chan (Educationalist & Chartered Fellow – CMI)
Dr. Eric C.K. Chan is a globally recognised strategic management expert and international advisor with over three decades of cross-border experience in organisational transformation, international trade frameworks, and institutional governance. A Chartered Fellow (CMI), Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Former Associate Professor of Leadership and Management Practice at Regent’s University London, life coach, consultant and trainer, he has advised across multiple jurisdictions on organisational health, business restructuring, audit systems, people development, and leadership strategy. He is also acknowledged as the first mentor to Criminologist Snehil Dhall during his student life in the U.K., contributing to the early integration of MBA-oriented strategic thinking into transnational criminology while he was studying Honours in International Relations before transitioning to Honours in Criminology. Their strategic collaboration in International Business and International Relations has strengthened trade diplomacy engagement for almost two decades, including joint exposure at the United Nations General Assembly (New York). The integration of management discipline within cross-border legal and trade constructs during their formative academic engagement reflects a long-standing professional association and sustained alignment between trade diplomacy considerations and structured advisory frameworks within international practice.
Criminologist Snehil Dhall (Founder, Crimeophobia — Legal & Transnational Security Expert)
Snehil Dhall is a criminologist, legal and transnational security expert, and first-generation entrepreneur with over two decades of experience spanning legal, security, and governance advisory. He is the founder of Crimeophobia, a criminology and strategic security firm established in London in 2010 and now headquartered in Mumbai, with a practice that has reached more than 36 cities across India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Sweden, the United States, and the Middle East. Educated across India, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, he began his studies in International Relations before completing his Honours in Criminology, a transition supported by the early mentorship of Dr. Eric C.K. Chan. His submission of a Criminal Writ Petition to the Supreme Court of India resulted in an ‘Issue Rule’ order and contributed to India’s progress on implementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime, work for which he has been recognised by the United Nations. A former member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies, London, he has represented Crimeophobia at the United Nations General Assembly in New York and has advised government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and international institutions on transnational organised crime, risk, and security. He is also the founder of the Ministry of Happiness, a trust providing pro bono legal and victim-support initiatives.
